Top-ups
Ran out mid-job?
Pick exactly what you need. The same slider appears in the analyser the moment you are short for a run, so you can top up without losing your place. Top-ups run about 15% more per analysis than the packs above — that is the only difference, and if you know what you need, a pack is always the cheaper way to buy.
Total
Top-ups are priced above the packs because they are bought one at a time. The packs above go down to $1.20 each on Enterprise.
FAQ
Common questions
- What counts as one analysis?
- One image, scored across all nine categories. Re-running the same image after you've changed it counts as a new analysis, since it produces a new report.
- Can I try it before I buy?
- Yes. Every new account gets one free standard audit, no card needed — use it within 14 days of signing up. It covers one standard single-image audit, not a deep audit or a comparison, and it isn't a credit, so it has no cash value and isn't refundable. You can also read a full real report on the sample page without signing up.
- Do credits expire?
- No. There is no subscription and no monthly reset, so credits sit in your account until you use them. Buy what a project needs and come back when the next one starts.
- Is there anything to cancel?
- No. Every purchase is a one-off, so there is no recurring charge, no renewal date and nothing to remember to cancel. Buy another pack whenever you run low.
- What happens if I run out in the middle of a job?
- A slider appears the moment you're short for the run you're starting. Drag it to whatever you need — anywhere from 10 to 500 credits — and pay without leaving the page, so you carry on where you left off. Top-ups run about 15% more per analysis than the packs above. That's the only difference: same credits, same features, and they still never expire. If you already know how many you need, a pack from this page is always the cheaper way to buy.
- What is a deep audit?
- The same nine categories and the same rubric, with the model given longer on each one — it typically returns about a quarter more findings and takes roughly three minutes instead of two. It costs 2 credits instead of 1, and the choice is per image, not per plan: every pack can run one. Use it on a hero image you are about to spend money driving traffic to; standard is right for everything else.
- What does a comparison cost?
- Four credits. One run scores up to five images against each other — yours plus four rivals — and returns a ranking, a category-by-category matrix and the specific things the winner does better.
- Can I export a report?
- Yes. Every report you run has a Download PDF button on it — the annotated image with its markers, the full category matrix and every fix, as selectable text rather than a screenshot. It is a customer feature, so the public sample report is read-only.
- How long do you keep my images?
- Your reports stay in your account for as long as it exists. The uploaded originals are deleted automatically 28 days after analysis, since the report is the part worth keeping.
- Do you work with images that aren't published yet?
- Yes — most people use it before they publish. That's the point: catch the problem before it costs you a month of traffic.
- Is this affiliated with Amazon?
- No. It's an independent tool that checks your images against the marketplace's published image policies and general conversion best practice. It can't see your listing's actual sales data.
